Welcome!
I am an Accounting PhD candidate at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University - Bloomington. I will be on the 2024-2025 academic job market.
My research interests focus on the influence of regulatory policies on economic agents, with the goal of informing policymakers and regulators.
I'm expected to graduate from my PhD program in Spring 2025. Before the PhD program, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology (Double major) from Korea University in 2016 and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School in 2020.
I also worked as a supervisor at the Financial Supervisory Service, South Korea's equivalent to the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States, for two and half years (2016-2018).
In my free time, I enjoy playing golf with my wife and spending quality time with our little boy.
